The Training Network HealthPros is looking for Early Stage Researchers with a master degree in a relevant discipline and who are interested in combining qualitative and quantitative research methods.

The Training Network HealthPros (Performance Intelligence Professionals) is looking for Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) with a masters degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. social sciences, psychology, public administration, health economics, health services research, political sciences, health policy and management, biostatistics, clinical epidemiology, medicine, information sciences and communication) who are interested in combining qualitative and quantitative research methods.

HealthPros is an international consortium of high profile universities, research institutions and companies located in Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The „HealthPros“ project is a „Marie Sklodowska-Curie Training Network“ within the European Horizon 2020 Programme. The aim is to train 13 international doctoral candidates in the field of „data science for health system performance assessment“ and enable the candidates to combine advanced data science knowledge with strategic decision making on improving health system performance. Profs Niek Klazinga and Dionne Kringos (University of Amsterdam) lead the project, Dr Oliver Gröne, deputy chairman of the management board of OptiMedis AG, Director of OptiMedis-COBIC UK, and co-IP will lead the work package „Governance Mechanisms for Performance Improvement“ and will be responsible – in collaboration with Prof Jonas Schreyögg of the Hamburg Center for Health Economics – for the training and supervision of two doctoral candidates.
